Terrible customer service. I ordered a tri-fold tonneau cover through Amazon from this seller. The first time I tried to fold it up and haul something in my truck (vintage motorcycle) the brackets failed and the cover fell back damaging the motorcycle. Don’t buy these cheap covers, spend the extra money and get something good. The seller sent a label so that I could return the cover, which I did, but they still have not issued a refund, stating that it had to be inspected first. Even though their first message about returns indicates that a full refund would be issued once the item was successfully returned to them. It’s quite likely I’ve been scammed and will be out the $700 I spent on a faulty product.
Couldn't have been friendlier, more efficient or easier. I have been searching for the best price for a tonneau cover, and Cheetah is not only the best price, but very good quality. Installed in 20 mins, just back your truck to the loading bay and it's done! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tonneau. The owner was friendly, courteous, efficient and a knowledgeable. I can't recommend enough. Give them a call and get your moneys worth. No way a tonneau cover should be $1500-2000.

Cover fits a 1997 GMC sierra. Arif is a very nice and patient person. We weren't sure if the cover would fit, and he accommodated my schedule to come on a Saturday morning. It was raining heavy, and he got it installed! Would highly recommend!
