WORST customer service experience I've ever had in my life. This was from two employees and the manager. On June 26th I ordered a regulator and motor for my car window. They had to order the part so I had to pay ahead of time. I picked up my order on June 29th and then realized there was no motor, only the regulator. I did not realize this until I had already taken the panel off my door and wasted over an hour of my day. Later I call them and ask where the motor is. They assure me that it should be in the box. I tell them it's not and then he finally realizes that this regulator does not come with a motor. I then ask if I can buy a motor so I can finish fixing my window. They don't sell the motor... I call a few places and can't find it so now I just wanted to return the unused product. I brought it back on July 27th and they initially did not want to refund me because it has been 31 days. Two employees and the manager are all speaking to me rudely. No one ever apologized for selling me the wrong part or for wasting my time. They also said that they need to charge me a restocking fee of 20% because they have to send it back. WHY AM I PAYING YOUR RESTOCKING FEE WHEN YOU SOLD ME THE WRONG PART. They kept asking why it took so long to bring it back when that's none of their business. However it was because I'm spending time trying to call other businesses to get the part that I thought I originally purchased from them. Again a simple apology would have went a long way but the three of them wanted to gang up on me, talk down to me and then not give me a full refund. DO NOT BUY YOUR AUTO PARTS HERE.
This used to be a good place to get auto parts…. BUT NOT ANYMORE ! Do yourself a huge favour and save money and go to Napa ! I priced out parts at Napa for $350 parts man want 700 and they didn’t even give me the right parts! Parts man will never get another Dollar of my money !!!!!!!!
Joey was extremely helpful and knows his stuff. Due to my unfamiliarity with exactly which battery type was required for my Audi, I bought the wrong one from partsman. I was able to return the unused battery no questions asked and Joey was able to order the correct battery. He had it in stock within 1 business day. Incredible service, look forward to dealing with them again!
