Andre was very informative and knowledgeable regarding my Honda platform. He tested my battery and scanned my engine as I just purchased this vehicle and wanted to ensure all was good. Great customer service and even better assistance.
Terrible service, bought some parts for my corolla and did not fit, tried returning them and was met with difficult staff. the manager also does not seem to know a lick of knowledge about the automotive field and got defensive when asked what they would do in the customers position. overall would not recommend going to this store, make the drive and go to the whitby store, the staff is much more friendly and competent
The new location is a bit smaller than the old location, however, the staff and clientele is still good for some insightful conversation! And they can still get everything you may need
My fiancé called in for a price check on a fuel pump for his grandfather, and then was going to look for parts for himself, and as he was speaking to the rep on the phone, he was told that he had 'actual customers' and was basically treating my fiancé like he wasn't a customer, just because he hadn't bought anything yet. 10/26/25
I bought two parts for my GMC truck, went home , jacked up the truck, removed the tires and brake Assembly only to find they gave me the wrong parts had to make two trips back to the store at significant cost to me in fuel and time only to be told the proper brakes cost $40 more. They should’ve done an exchange out even they don’t care that I had to burn gas spend time making two trips. Depart source to get the right part then it turned out. The other part didn’t fit either so that required a third trip back. I just got my money do yourself a favour go anywhere anywhere but parts source this place is a joke and needs to be shut down.
Andre I believe his name is , was amazing he took the time to figure out how to remove a certain part of my wiper blade and then helped me put them on. With no issues.
This store is a joke. They sell parts with no warranty. They say they do but when you try to return anything they say you can’t. I’ve had numerous cases of this with them and the customer always takes the hit. I will never buy or support them again.
