Great experience at NAPA! Went in quite nervous because I know nothing about cars. Brian was amazing. He helped me find a new starter motor. His customer services skills are spectacular; treating me with kindness and respect. Brian should be recognized.
They ordered a special tool for me and it's coming in tomorrow afternoon from Cornwall so that's great. Also the price was about half of other places that I checked.
Great place to get parts, shop is very knowledgeable and can help you that exactly what you need and sometimes you can help diagnose the problem. The prices sometimes can be great but other times be subpar.
The guys here are super helpful, don't pressure you at all and easy to work with. No issues with parts and supplies I've ordered. Ordering online for pickup is a breeze. Good selection, and great prices generally. They have or can get almost everything you need for anything from bodywork to parts to general maintenance. The website is AWESOME. NAPA's "Proformer" (cheaper end) chassis parts all have a 5-year 100,000 KM warranty. No experience with USING the warranty through NAPA, but I doubt there'd be issues based on other experiences. Definitely my first choice, then RockAuto.
Knowledgeable friendly staff. Parts are always in stock, with various grade selections available. They are great at answering questions and give helpful advice for the "do-it -yourself" handyman. Competitive pricing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Honestly, why you would get auto parts anywhere else is beyond me... The staff are super knowledgeable & friendly, the prices are on point and I always get the correct part!... But the thing that really stands out is that they always mention the little incidentals that I would typically forget... This has saved my bacon on a few occasions! Thanx guys!
