I brought my 2020 Mercedes Benz to Durham Automotive and Brakes and I was honestly so impressed. It is amazing to finally find a shop that is straightforward respectful and easy to talk to. They did an awesome brake job and my car rides so smooth now. The brakes even came with a warranty which really shows they stand behind their work and that is hard to find these days. They also did a synthetic oil change that was quick clean and fairly priced. I definitely trust them with my car and I will be coming back. Totally recommend!

He completed my tire work professionally and confirmed that everything was in proper condition before I left. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were very clear. Found this place from an excellent review left in a FB group and decided to try them out! I definitely was not disappointed - no regrets at all! Shawn took care of me both times that I went in with my Lexus for 2 separate issues. He was very respectful, honest and everything was cost effective! He went above and beyond to get the issues solved in no time. I'm so grateful! I've already started recommending his business to others and will be back for any repairs or service needed!
We have been to Shawn many times before with different cars, he used to service the car himself and with a lot of attention and honesty the job would be done correctly. However, we are very disappointed with the work done on our car recently, had a long wait for some parts that were not available, the aliment is not done and the honesty should be maintained when promising or quoting prices, took my car to another mechanic and it has now it will have to get aliment done again. I am sorry to say the quality of work and professionalism was not there. Please see attached pictures for proof of work done and stop making the same comment of all your negative reviews that customers are not genuine and you can not find them on your system
I’m new to Oshawa an came across this mechanic shop. Very very polite customer service. Exquisite an respectful staff. I was told exactly what my car needed an the price. Affordable same day service. Providing they aren’t busy. An to be completely honest the honesty an integrity that was shown as an amazing experience I was able to encounter. A lot of mechanics will try to swindle you an hustle you. And I can tell you that that doesn’t go on here. How I can validate my opinion I also watched the interactions made with other customers. I can highly recommend this mechanic shop. Great experience
