First time going to Mechanic Firm and I'm very impressed with this establishment! I went for an electrical issue involving my lights that I couldnt seem to get properly fixed elsewhere. Bill was super nice and honest! Staff was friendly, and the service and pricing was better than I thought it would be. I think I've found my new go to in this place! Highly recommend!
I've had Bill take care of couple of my cars and this guy is the best of the best ! He always takes care of us and is very professional and gets the work done on a timely manner. His prices are great and him and his staff always greet us in a friendly and pleasant manner. If you ever worried about your car then this is the guy to go too. He's the best of the best !
Great place to take your German car for service and repair. Bill and the rest of the team there are fantastic and very knowledgeable. Always willing to help and I trust them to do the job every time. Highly recommend.
AVOID AT ALL COST. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Bill is super cheap, not reliable and doesn't work fast. Took 3 months to fix my car and after that, my car has died on the road twice. Finally, I took my car to Mercedes and they straight up told me that this car has been poorly repaired with cheap parts. Seriously regret bringing my car to Bill. UPDATE: my car died on the road TWICE after Bill and his team worked on it. first time was literally minutes after picking up the car from Bill. But the signs of the low quality was always visible in the paint. It never match the colour of the rest of the car. Bill claimed that the rest of car was just faded from sun exposure. But after 2 years, the paint is coming off the parts the Bill and his team painted. Still regretting ever bringing my car here.
