Had a great experience at Parts Plug. I reached out via email to inquire about walnut blasting intake carbon cleaning, they were quick to respond to all my questions, and book me in for an appointment. After they completed my intake carbon cleaning, I no longer experience misfires during cold starts or rough idling. I also noticed that the car is running overall a lot smoother now, and quicker throttle response. Intake carbon cleaning is pricey but for the amount of time it takes to complete I think the price is fair and worth it, felt like the car got a second life and runs like new. Highly recommend Parts Plug to anyone thinking about intake carbon cleaning!

I visit this place because of recommendation and when I get there to talk about getting work done and exhaust on my 2014 E63s nobody is there to greet me or pickup the phone when I call. In business someone always is there to greet customer but not here. I call the store and nobody picking up. I don't understand this business. I think alot of the reviews here are fake so please beware. I give this business a chance and will not be coming back. I never write review before but I am now because I don't understand how customer get ignored when business is open. I waste my time driving here.

Amazing local shop. I dropped 2 bmws for lowering h and r springs and the whole process was stress free. Prices are very reasonable as well. The main thing that I liked about the shop is that they are very accommodating. My work doesn’t allow me to be available all the time to drop and pickup car. The guys here helped me find the earliest appointment and even leave the car for a day.
