When visiting from out of town my car broke down due to the poor job done by my prior shop. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the guys at Tomlin Knight. They fixed the problem and they made sure to tell me about other things that would need to be done in the near future. They didn’t hassle me or try to get me to do it now. They are honest and trust worthy which is extremely refreshing. The communication was excellant as well. Even though it’s quite far from where I live, I will be making the trip here for any future service. Thank you Brandon & Chris!! :)
So I brought my bmw here, after a warning light came on. I just got this 2011 in July. I took it to one place then and it cost me a lot! So I decided to try a new place and found Tomlin Knight. The cost was quoted to me and when I picked up my car, the cost was REDUCED by 30% (about) because they reviewed the bill and realized they didn't do one service. It was pretty awesome that they did that, because I honestly would not have known the difference. AND THEN, the next day I get a text asking me if everything was good with the car. I am very impressed and recommend this shop to you.
Apologies for the late review. In early JUne we were coming home to Toronto. Just east of Oshawa, our car started to make noises. CAA recommended Tomlin. We arrived, the car was look at right away, the problem was solved in minutes and explained to us. We were told, no charge, a small service. How wonderful these people are ! We have never experienced such fantastic service!
Just want to give a Shout out to Chris Knight at Tomlin Knight Auto for being a good guy and fixing my Porsche. I bought the car from a used car dealer in Concorde and there were some issues that needed fixing. The dealer was stuggling to find a shop that could do the work properly on Porsches. He agreed to let Tomlin Knight look at the car and they wound up doing all of the repairs and the car is running perfect now. Chris was very patient and professional throughout the whole process and they will be the only shop that works on my Porsche going forward. Kudos to Chris
Brought my car in to have the timing belt and water pump done. In the process they broke 2 motor mounts on the engine. Had a loud noise a day or so after I got the car back. Brought to a family member who was free that day and they showed that the lower mount was completely broke and the upper was also bad. Otherwise had no bad experience aside from that.
Taken both my vehicles here many times in the past 2 years. Had tons of problems and was getting price gouged by competitors. Tomlin Knight was honest with me. Saved me money, gave great service and consistently professional. I hold them in such a high regard that i have referred my parents to them and even they have had great things to say since switching to Tomlin Knight. Best team out there, and no better customer sevice anywhere else :)
I was not able to shift into 1st and 2nd gear as the linkage had popped off (I had CAA tow it to their garage). The mechanic Mike fixed it and even showed me how it happened and what went wrong. The woman at the front desk was also amazing. I would absolutely come back to this garage. Too bad I live so far away! Thanks for being great people!!
