Im sitting here on my new recliner and reading all the reviews and felt the need to give my personal opinion. Sales staff greeted me, gave me space to look around and when I was ready to question she was readily available. Patricia M. answered all my questions, was friendly and knowledgeable. I told her I would be back with husband. On returning I did request to deal with Patricia since she was the one that spent the time with me the first visit. My husband was speaking to her as my grandchildren were testing the media chair out as another sales rep turned on 'a movie. She even brought my grands a blanket.Ok the recliner... I was told 6 week delivery came in 5 weeks and Im extremely happy with the product.Thank you Patricia M.Karen
