Love this store. Prices are good and sale prices are harder to beat. Staff is friendly, offer help and then let you wonder around without bugging you. Worth stopping in and having a look. Have bought a couple of items from them.
I'm absolutely ecstatic with my first ever purchase at Structube Oshawa. The sales lady was so super patient as I gathered possibilities, measured, investigated fabric options, set them to tables, and sat on every last one. These chairs are price comparable to every store I investigated (which was all of them in Durham Region) They are super solid and well...georgeous! But you be the judge!
I purchased a sectional couch back in 2018 from Structube for $2000.00. Fast forward a year later and the hinges for the storage compartment has fully dismembered. To make matters worse, there is fabric completely covering the hinge assembly therefore it's not accessible unless you rip the fabric off. As I know I'm past the 1 year warranty, I did just that. The wood is completely destroyed therefore the screws will not attach. It lasted about another week. When I called Structube I was told I was out of warranty and to call a furniture repair company. I purchased from Structube as I was under the impression the quality was better than other competitors, such as Leon's or The Brick, but this is not the case - same old cheap material for an outrageous price. I remember having couches for 10+ years with no issues except for normal wear. Buyers beware. The products look great in stores but give it a few years. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
I bought my sideboard at structube whitby. I super love my sideboard which is a perfect fit on intended space. Great service and great staff! But have one big concern. I'm certain that the delivery box had mice in it. I reported the incident to the store. Structube please pesticide your warehouse! Until this writing, I still have this trembling, this is my biggest fear. Thank God I have a son who exerted effort to get rid of this horrible creatures!
In there looking for 20 mins was not acknowledged in any way by staff.. no hello .. no may I help u. None of the staff were wearing masks either. This store wont last with that service.
Stephanie was amazing! She not only helped us with our pick up, but took extra time and walked us through what we were look for. She carried furniture around, so we could see what matched with a rug, looked in the back to see if she had any floor models. Stephanie went above and beyond and is the epitome of what customer service is supposed to look like. As homeowners and realtors who home stage, we will use the Oshawa store instead of others, because of Stephanie!
Stephanie was absolutely amazing. I always buy structube furniture because of the style and quality at a fair price. I needed a specific piece that was VERY hard to find. The manager of this store, Stephanie, went above and beyond and found it for me at another location. She was amazing to deal with and is a credit to the company. This just solidified my appreciation for this great brand because of amazing folks like Stephanie.
