Terrible service. My parents purchased a reclining chair and it took months to get a replacement due to faulty construction. Every excuse as to why not to help. In order to get it fixed they had to do all the work. Customer service and satisfaction is not important to them. Would not recommend.

I went to the oshawa store looking for furniture that i could get into a basement with narrow stairs. I explained my needs to Sana and she helped me find exactly what i was looking for.
Never trust in this fabric almost in sofa also i payed for insurance after few months i call o insurance company they send me email we can not do anything pic is sofa fabric lol
