I placed an online order. Very happy with the good received however the packaging is not presentable. I ordered 5 items and will need to spend more on packaging now. A little disappointed. The packaging is similar to the cheap jewelry sold on Amazon.

I received a wedding gift for me and my wife from this diamond store - we wanted to exchange it for bracelet and a watch ive been looking online. Lady had such a difficult time figuring how to exchange our items, ended up crediting the items back to my credit card. Another lady tried to resize the watch that i reserved, was told she would only take a couple minutes, turned out to take atleast 45 minutes as she was unable to resize my watch or even put it back together. She had to outsource to another repairstore to fixed the watch, after waiting almost an hr to get everything sorted out we just left without purchasing the watch we wanted. the saleswomen were both very apologetic which was fine, but they definitely required a bit more training. a gift exchange and a watch resize should not take over an hour.

Wonderful customer service. Made a large ring purchase which had to be returned for repair and eventually exchanged for another ring. We were treated with understanding and a commitment by Charm to keep us happy as a customer. Kudos to Rachel and the Manager for taking care of us so well.
