I always go to people.but for 2 days they don't answer there phone what's going on with that just trying to ask about the warranty on a product .I bought as my warranty document is in storage
I wish cud give them a zero star.horrufic experience with Lucas at the store was there for a return he didn't return tge eole thing and never mentioned that the admin fee will not be refunded.very insulted and felt discriminated. Wish ppl see my review before going to shop at this location. He also misguided me saying will have to contact fairstone for the refund
Recently went to look for a new chain since mine broke from another store and found myself being helped by Lukus. He was outstanding it getting it to match my style and my job requirements. He was an expert in the metals and was super encouraging in helping me feel confident with new styles. I would highly recommend heading there and asking Lukus for his expert help.

I recently worked with Lukus to have the main stone in my wife's wedding ring replaced. Lukus was fantastic; he was extremely knowledgeable about the process from start to finish. He took a significant amount of time to make sure I was happy with the proposed work, kept me updated about the progress of the work, and really went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise.
I had to change my review because I did not like the lady who served me. I felt she kept looking around and not engaging in conversations OR even was annoyed with my questions. I felt as if I wasn’t good enough to be dealt with. I bought two pieces today and I want more but maybe I’ll go to another store?
