I visited today, and there is one lady who is very rude and mean. She was advising me very rudely that my 7-8-week-old kitten should be with her mom. I got her, the doctor checked her, and everything is fine. IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Just do your work, or if you want to advise someone, do it nicely, not meanly. I am really disappointed in this store and will never shop again. They should first try to hire staff who know how to do THEIR job, not to interfere meanly in others' business.
The business is close to my home so it’s very convenient for me. The staff is also very knowledgeable about my needs for my dog. I would recommend you to check them out.
My poor pup recently had an anaphylactic reaction to the dog food she has been on for several years. A month ago I visited this location looking for a novel protein diet to quickly get her off of this allergen. I found the Zignature Kangaroo kibble. There was a buy one get one offer and I was assured should she not like it or it caused problems as long as it was less than 60 days from purchase and at least half the bag returned an exchange could be made. I chose 2 proteins that day, kangaroo and lamb. She's done so well on the kangaroo I wanted to exchange the bag of lamb for another kangaroo while she transitions to raw food. Though I had to come back to see the manager, I would like to thank Wendy for making the process easy as it has all been quite stressful switching foods for my gal pal! Thank you Wendy!

love going here the staff is always super nice and i always find what im looking for and the store doesn't sell animals living in bad conditions witch is my favorite part about this pet store chain. the dog food is always top notch ive never had an issue with the dog food sold there. i just wish that the treats sold wasn't so tough for my dog to eat it seems all the treats sold at the counter are super hard to break. i do love shopping here every month tho
Love this little store! Staff are always friendly and store is usually quiet. They have a great selection of open stock items like collagen sticks, duck feet, pizzles, etc., and you can take your animals into the store to shop with you ?. My pup knows that when we go for a walk and end up at Pet Valu that she's gonna get to pick out something yummy. 100% recommend this place.
