Great customer service, wide variety of cat foods. Was the only location that carries the type of cat food I was looking for. Store is well maintained. Definitely my favorite location.
I have been going to this Global for years. The staff there are absolutely amazing. Their customer service is exceptional. They have always been extremely accommodating and helpful, especially during the time I had to have a major surgery. They went out of their way for me. As for the person who left the one star review, the comment about retiring is called ageism, and reflects more on you than that of any of the wonderful staff at Global.

Have been going here for many years. I have always had a positive experience. The staff are very friendly and always very helpful, not to mention extremely knowledgable. Customer service is top notch here and they often go above and beyond to ensure your pet’s needs are met.
We frequently visit this place to feed our three dogs. It is always a pleasure to go there and the rewards program is awesome. When you're feeding two medium to large breed dogs, the free bag just feels nice.
I don't believe there is a better and more product knowledgeable staff within a 30 minute drive! Thank you for helping me figure out what was going on with my dogs diet. Highly recommended!
Respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, well-stocked and pet-friendly. Highly recommend a visit. Much better than the big box store treatment you'd receive elsewhere, so what are you waiting for? Give them a try. They have a plethora of raw food options and natural health remedies available as well as all the accessories you'd be looking for (eg. Leashes, collars, snow booties, litter boxes, etc). Can't wait until their groomer opens next door!
