I'm a frequent customer and have always appreciated the fantastic staff here! However, the store has been uncomfortably hot during my recent visits. After talking to the staff, it seems the air conditioning has been out for weeks. I think this needs to be addressed, as it's creating unsafe conditions for animals, customers, and employees. It really goes to show how hot it is in there as I was only in there about 15 minutes and started feeling lightheaded.

I have lived around the corner from this PetValu for over five years. This location has been my go to pet store for that entire time. They have always been very helpful with making suggestions for my senior and new rescue pets needs. They take their time to answer my questions and explain the different brands of foods they offer so that I can make an informed decision that best suits my dogs and my comfort level. I believe my pets are healthier than if I didn't have Pet Valu to rely on. The owners and their employees are always welcoming and friendly too.
I love coming here the staff go above and beyond for me every time I am pregnant and they help me take everything to my car with a smile on their face. They are truly always helpful the owner should be proud of the staff working for them.
Emily and Jolene were amazing! We just adopted two kittens and they were very kind with helping us with finding the right supplies. They’re also both very knowledgeable. We bought quite a few things and Emily helped us bring everything to the car! Above and beyond customer service. Thank you both! :)
Just was in visiting, was instantly welcomed by Emily and Joleen (sorry I’m awful with names) and have never felt happier at this location. They were very interested in helping me locate what was needed for my dog with allergies, and giving him extra love and attention. These girls did an amazing job, I just want to make sure they get the appreciation they deserve!! Moose agrees 100/10.
This is the ONLY Pet-Valu to go too!! The team there is ALWAYS so helpful and supportive! They are incredibly kind and give amazing customer service. I do not mind at all driving a bit further to get my pet needs here! Thanks guys!
