Literally the best pet store out there! I can’t believe I hadn’t figured out this spot sooner. The best and nicest employees. The best stuff. Affordable prices. Clean/ basically spotless. So much variety in items. Literally would come everyday if I could!!! Thank you to this amazing company and staff. You are appreciated
What a great shopping experience I have everytime I visit this particular Ren's Pets location on Laval. All the staff there are very helpful in offering suggestions, whether it be food or treats or other new products. But I have to give a big shout out to Christopher James. I seem to time my visits around his work schedule. What a gem of an employee, very knowledgeable, offers decent advice in products of interest and most of all takes the time to hear me out on any current issues with my pet. Thats why I keep coming back. Kudos to him for making my shopping experience something I look forward too. Thanks to Christopher and the staff there, you're all top notch.?
This store has rats/mice.. bought some boxed cat food in bulk to find out that a few of the boxes were chewed through and moldy (noticed the day after I bought them).. went back into the store to get my money back and was told I should have the boxes with me in order to return although I had pictures… saw a view of the mouse traps in the store too. The worker never confirmed or denied there were mice in the store.
Went in a few days ago and the employees were just cash camping...no one to help or answer questions. Just standing around at cash laughing together. Won't be back to this store.
