Placed an order on Uber One, they did not respond. When I called to see if they were doing delivery the guy answering the phone just sat there and waited for me to say hello. After I did he said hi, didnt state the name of the store. Caller ID was labeled Drija Foods. He didnt ask about why I called or what I ordered and stated he wasn't doing Uber right now. I was unable to make an order and the customer service was like calling a random person instead of Free Topping. Not sure why there is such a drop in quality but they could of said more then a couple 1 word answers. Definitely disappointed.
They hardly put any toppings on anymore. Each pepperoni slice had one or two pieces, some had none. Tasted good, but they are getting cheaper with their toppings.
The worst experience of my life and will never want to go here again nor would I recommend anyone else to go. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Pizza pizza has better pizza then these guys.
The service was awful. They dont wash their hands and not wearing any gloves, just touching everything without taking care of hygiene. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
Friendly!!! Wow guys thank you for going above and beyond with your customer interactions and customer service. Never have I had an issue, but if I did, I’m sure you would make it better (not worse like the former owner if this location). From the slices to the order ahead, it’s always been great! You are officially my kids favourite pizza place, so that says a lot. Lol. And you seem to be at all of our school functions. All the parents are raving about the great pizza from the carnivals and markets. All of the the kids at the school are hoping to get you guys as our weekly pizza order place for Wednesdays . Came to know that is owned by new management now. Liked and impressed by the hospitality, price is very reasonable and most importantly the Pizza and Garlic bread are really good in terms of taste & toppings. If you are around North Oshawa, I strongly recommend to visit this place. Thanks Yash & Team.
