I had a great experience at Pizza Hut today! Yuvraj, the cashier, was friendly, efficient, and helpful. He made the ordering process smooth and pleasant. Keep up the great work!
Didn’t deliver the pizza on October 31st, 2025 and marked it as delivered. Called and called and called. No one answered the phone. The food was for the kids and they had to wait without food for hours. No food still.
No I think something is wrong this is the second time it happened. I ordered large pizza with 2 topping but I could hardly see the topping on my pizza!! Skimming is not good,,,, customers will leave and would go somewhere else!!
I always order from this branch. Same order every time. Today I added extra cheese and extra sauce on my pizza , paid extra for it but my dear Karen who answered the phone told me that she made pizza for us and previously whoever makes our pizza they make it wrong . Thank you for letting me know that other employees who make good pizza are doing it wrong, and Dear Karen is doing it right by lying . I do not appreciate it when I am lied to, and from now on, I don't think I will be ordering from this location . Thank you, Dear Karen
Tried to order online yesterday for the North Oshawa Pizza Hut and the online order didn't go through. I then checked my credit card statement and got charged twice on my credit card for it and the store has no record of it going through so they said there's nothing they can do and I need to deal with my bank directly, who then said that the transactions were approved and Pizza Hut has already got their money and there is nothing else the bank can do except to deal with the store directly... ...and now I'm out $128. Buyer beware, these people will rip you off!!! What a fraud! There isn't even a valid customer service number to call or email, it's all done at store level. Sorry, I cannot rate the food...because I wasn't able to get any! :(
Pizza and apps was delivered hot and fresh. Pizza hut never disappoints. Karen at this location is truly a gem, she’s always making sure the customers are happy with the quality and service offered at this location.
Normally I pick up my orders from this location. However this time I decided to get delivery. Big mistake. Initially I called to order the pizza and it took 20 minutes to order a very simple order. The person who took my order had no product knowledge and was extremely slow. After finally completing the order I asked what my total was, to my surprise it was much more than expected. I then asked for the breakdown of the pricing and was put on hold. Once the person returned to the phone after a very long hold they told me that they had quoted me the incorrect price due to a system error. Once the correct price was determined I was told it would be 30 minutes until my order arrives at my door. After waiting an hour I called again to inquire about the status of my order. I should also mention I live very very close to this location. Someone picked up the phone put me on hold and then hung up on me. So, I called back again and spoke to someone who told me that according to their system my order had already successfully been delivered. I confirmed it in fact was not delivered. I was then put on another hold and once the person returned to the phone again was told the driver was 2 minutes away. I then asked for the manager to which the person told me they were the manager with a lot of attitude. I explained the situation and asked about some kind of compensation. The person did take $20 off my order which I did appreciate. Finally, the order showed up. I paid, took my pizza inside and the delivery driver left. I checked my order only to find that I had a part of my order missing. I called the store again and was put on hold again. I was on hold for so long I decided to simply hang up and go about my evening. After all of this I had a very upset 3-year-old nephew. Moral of the story don't ever get delivery from this location.
