This Pizza Nova location is my favourite! Thier pizza is always fresh, and thier service is amazing too. The owner is a wonderful guy and he always has a smile on his face! They never disappoint ?
Ordered the walk in pepperoni on Friday night. They said 15 minutes. I waited in my truck for a little over 10 minutes then went in. Waited 10 more minutes before I saw the girl behind the counter notice me. About five minutes later, I watched my medium pepperoni go in the oven. 10 minutes later she gave me my pizza with no mention of what had happened. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. The pizza was like cardboard when I went to eat it. I ended up missing 15 minutes of the expensive golf simulator time I had booked and didn’t even end up with the pizza I have always loved from Nova. I won’t go back to this location. Still love pizza Nova though. It’s funny, there is a little Caesars in the plaza where I was going but I went 10 minutes out of my way to get pizza Nova. Next time I’m going hot n ready.
My go-to pizza place. It's always better than pizza pizza, lol. The last time I ordered from them, the service was above and beyond. Driver drove to the store and back to drop off the missing pops and dip for my order. Thanks :)
Just got home to discover the large pepperoni pizza I ordered is burnt and impossible to enjoy with such a charred underside. Was told over the phone my order would be ready in 20 minutes. The crazy part is when I showed up at exactly 20 minutes, I was told my pizza is almost ready, as the employee proceeded move the pizza around in the oven. What a disappointment.
The pizza is ok. I'm not a huge fan of pizza Nova but my wife is. I eat it cause the pizza isn't terrible. Now in saying that I was not overly impressed with the pizza slices we got. The pizza to me sat too long. But I digress and we will still continue to go there but it's okay pizza.
I have been buying pizzas from Pizza Nova for years.... it's my go to place to get pizza.... but on Friday I was very disapointed with the pizza I got..... the crust was burnt, and what pisses me off more about that is the fact they knew it was because they always check it before taking it out of the oven..... and they did NOTHING about it ..... they just gave it to me with a smile on their face..... and THAT is the main reason for the 2*.....
Service was normal but the food was surprisingly not good. Pizza slices were dry and not flavorful. Perhaps it was sitting out too long. Not much for selection either.
