Wow! This pizza was absolutely amazing! The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese was so fresh, and every bite was full of flavour. I loved how hot and tasty it was. The service was fast, and the staff were really friendly. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! also deep is nice person
. I had ordered from many times from this restaurant numerous times I received a call back from the store saying they run out of pepperoni or runout of bacon etc.. I am writing this review after using the delivery service from Oshawa location them at least 10 times. Delivery times are often a hit and miss. Ginos franchise should take action on this store. I had always ordered free toppings as advertised like green chilli, garlic and ginger and never once received these toppings. I would blame the ginos head office not keeping tight control on their franchisees to follow brand standards. Ginos pizza is the best and I like their pizzas but unfortunately if individual franchisees like Oshawa leave a bad experience I will never buy from them again. Today 7th Dec I ordered pizza at 9.45pm and received email confirmation (0162002) of the order.after 10 pm I received a call saying the store closed earlier today and because of it cancelled my order.
I ordered an xl tandoori chicken pizza and it was raw and stale i even paid extra for cheese but it wasn’t melted basically horrible experience i have eaten from a different ginos before and it’s not that bad but this specific store doesn't pay much attention
The pizza tastes great but unfortunately it's super thin. I got the extra large pepperoni pizza and I was disappointed. I'm not kidding it is 5mm in thickness or thinner. I can't picture loading it up with 6-7 toppings with this type of crust. This is my first time getting pizza from here. I ordered this pizza through Uber eats. It arrived hot and fresh, but not the greatest first impression. Update: happened a second time
Service sucks. Pre-ordered food. Waited for 2 hrs for the food When we called made excuses, called us names and blocked our number. Never buying from here again!
This location is not very accessible. It was very hot and stuffy on the store. The topping in the panzerotto were still very hard and raw. It was very doughy not cooked long enough. There was no washrooms..
