After a long and hectic day while moving the houses, I and friend went there. The staff member suggested good promotion for two pizzas. The taste was great!
Extra thick pizzas are soft. And the pizza toppings looked better and full than pizza hut pizzas. I mentioned not well done and yet the bottom seemed a little burnt. But pizzas were good
Purchased a large but they gave us a medium, when asked about it, in a condensing tone they told me I ordered a medium. Also the pizza itself had excessive oil, couldn’t finish it.
I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and never any real problems. When l placed my delivery order tonight, l was called to meet the delivery driver, & no driver, no pizza! I called Pizza Nova and was told the driver went on to deliver another pizza. The very nice person who took my call said she would have a fresh pizza made and was giving me 50% off. After approximately 35 minutes the driver delivered my So Called Fresh Pizza. I paid in cash with a generous tip. Upon opening the box, l knew it wasn’t fresh, it was reheated from my original order. The crust was burnt, the cheese was dark and hard, not a gooey texture, like fresh from the oven! This is the store, not the folks who took my order! Your not going to see my business again for thinking you could pull a con job.
Tried the pesto sauce on our pizza with grilled chicken and onions. It was pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed it. The only thing I wasn't totally pleased with was the potato wedges.... they needed to be a bit crisper.
Wrote a post last night was removed this morning hr and half to be delivered cold and burnt call to complain guy accually laughed let's see how long it takes to remove this again
Very good customer service! They are the best when it comes to treating their customers right. Just in case the store don't treat you right, call their main customer service number and they'll fix it.
