The staff were so friendly and they were very open and kind. The service was unforgettable and they were very ressourceful when discussing the deals and options
On Saturday, I ordered a large stuffed crust with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. It was super flat and all the cheese came out of the crust and puddled. There wasn't much cheese other than that or pepperoni, it was very disappointing. My father and brother came over looked at the pizza and said, "yeah, that's exactly why I don't order from that Pizza Hut anymore, way too inconsistent." The Cheesey pull apart was good. I don't think I will order from this location again.
Seriously how much Smaller is their regular sized pizza going to get? It's shrunk so much in the past year that they haven't used up the original (form the past year) sized boxes. So there is a significant gap between the pizza and the box. I ordered triple pizza treat box paid $46 plus tip with delivery. Canadians are absolutely being ripped off by greedy companies!
Honestly if I could give a 0 star review this would be it. We got the triple pizza box with bread and chicken bits, bits were good albeit they take it from a bag and deep fry it. The pizza, the most inedible piece of garbage cardboard I think I have ever tried to eat. I would have enjoyed a no name frozen pizza more and those are not good by any means. The doe was only about 4 5 mm thick and way like trying to bit through cardboard. Was burn on top and still very pale of the bottom, not to mention cold, I kind of thing it was a return from someone else and they didn't even bother to warm it back up. Pizzahut reps if your watching send someone to this location it's that bad.. Judging by the reviews this is not a one off an absolute discrace from an otherwise really good pizza name.
Today I was trying to order a pizza at the king and Wilson pizza hut and they were not picking up their phone. I tired several times but no answer. Then i decided to call the pizza hut hotline and was put on hold for 20 mins. I decided to end the call because it was taking so long. So I decided to call the simcoe location and they answered right away to take my order. My complaint is the king and Wilson location should answer their phones and service customers. Because of this incident, they inconvenience me by having me drive to a location that is 20 mins away wasting my time and gas versus going to a location that is 5 mins away.
Terrible experience I just had for takeout, specifically called to ask for extra sauce on wings, not only did they come with no sauce at all, the delivery driver had completely different price from order price (without the deal) and was trying to get another 20+ from us, and found the bristles of some type of brush on the bottom of my pizza.
