I discovered Coco shoes yesterday, while on a mission for boots but on a very tight schedule and budget! The moment I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly. The person's name was Lamba and she carried herself professionally, with both grace and enthusiasm, in such a way that let me know she would be attentive to my needs without any pressure. What I loved most about my experience in the store was that Lamba instantly picked up on my sense of style and what I would be drawn to, she therefore made many excellent suggestions. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of boots that I truly love, in record time and within my budget! Thank you, I will be back !
I purchased a pair of winter boots from Coco Shoes on November 30, and while I initially loved them—they were warm, comfortable, and seemed great quality—within just one week and after only 2-3 wears, the outer sole on the heel completely came off. For boots in this price range, that’s extremely disappointing and clearly a defect. I went back to the store with the receipt, fully expecting a replacement. Instead, I was told that because I no longer had the shoebox, they would not replace the boots and would only offer a repair. I have never encountered a return or warranty policy where the original box is more important than the defective product itself. If a product fails within days of purchase through no fault of the customer, the store should stand behind what they sell. A repair on a brand-new item that fell apart after a few wears is not acceptable. A replacement is the reasonable and customer-friendly solution. Sadly, I will not be shopping here again, and I hope others are aware of this before making a purchase. A store that refuses to stand behind the quality of their products is not a store I can trust.
I've been at this store twice and both times I have had an amazing experience. They have the nicest shoes and boots at a very reasonable price. Nadia was incredibly helpful and kind. I can't remember what the other lady's name is but she was also very helpful. I will always go here for my shoes

Had a great experience shopping for heels at Coco Shoes! Walked in and immediately was drawn to a great variety of beautiful options! I was looking for size 5 heels for a wedding I’m attending in 2 days and Nadia was so patient, kind, helpful and very personable! She didn’t push me to purchase the wrong option just to make the sale, which I really appreciated. She had great/genuine energy and was very generous with her time spent finding me just the perfect heels I was searching for! A huge plus, the prices are pretty reasonable compared to other shoe stores in the mall! Overall, the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. The Woman helping my mom and I today was FANTASTIC!! She was so determined to find the perfect shoe for our vacation, brought out everything she had and even helped me try them on. I ended up finding the perfect shoe thanks to her perseverance! Thank you again!
Bought a pair of dress shoes which broke in a month. Brought to their store for replace/repair but they refuse to entertain because I had lost the receipt. I even showed them my credit card transaction. Rude staff. Will never recommend this to anyone. Move on to another store as you will the brands on another store too. Incase you buy then save the receipt as the quality is very poor.
