I loved the experience at Scarpini. Ms. Shahifa was so nice and helpful that she made my day. She did not just sold the shoe to me but she gave me knowledge on footware and how she can help me with shoes for my wide feet. She gave me the perfect size and model just the way I wanted. It was worth giving business to this brand after knowing that the employees are well taken care of and gives enough and more attention to their customers. Highly recommended brand for stylish and comfortable shoes. ✌️
Never buy anything from here. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I bought a pair of shoes for $90 and the straps are completely different sizes, I said I wanted further discount or my money back because I will now have to repair the shoes, was told managers would call me and nothing. Worst store ever. Couldn’t be more disappointed, finally spoke to a manager who spoke with owner and because I already wrote a bad review I was told he won’t do anything for me. I wrote the truth about this horrible establishment and because the owner didn’t like it he refuses to fix the situation and his manager hung up on me. Disgusting.
Bought a pair of $80 (regular $139 if I recall correctly) boots here two weeks ago and the bottom has already broke off. No refunds or returns. Poor quality shoes and service.
Wow I absolutely love this store!!! They have such beautiful stuff. This is probably the only store in the Oshawa center who has so many selections! Amazing customer service too
Horrible, arrogant store manager name Revan. They don’t have refund policy and on the top of that they don’t have sizes. Never ever go to this local shop. They are in the business of ripping money from customers. I would have given them negative rating… horrible experience. Lost 220 $ at this store.
Beware of the fact everything is FINAL SALE. Bought dressy shoes for my son to wear on occasion. He got to wear them maybe 4 times for maybe a half an hour each time and they’ve already broke. Such a disappointment.
