Went into Softmoc at the Oshawa Center today and was welcomed to the store by Deborah (sorry if I have the name spelled incorrectly). I asked her if we could do the foot measurement system they have. Quick and painless measurements. We then went through different insoles I could get to help my feet. They felt great, and I asked her about Hoka Shoes and we went through that product, after she talked about them and I tried them on I was sold. Fantastic customer service, will 100% be coming back with that level of relationship. Thanks Deborah!
Chris helped me find something for my 91 year mother and then found me a shoe for me when I gave him my parameters. Unfortunately, he didn’t have my size but tried to find it at another store and brought out other colours. I appreciate his attentive service!
I recently went to this location and received the same excellent customer service that I've experienced upon previous visits. Aysa was extremely pleasant and personable as she helped me with my sizing of the shoes. At the point of purchase there was a discrepancy between the displayed shoe tag and the scanned price. Kyla took over from another associate and quickly made the appropriate adjustment after a phone approval. Both Aysa and Kyla made this another enjoyable and positive shopping experience at Softmoc.
Chris at the Oshawa store helped me out today. His knowledge for recommendations and easy going attitude (0 sales pressure) were a pleasure to have help me in my decision. I will be back - for Chris's guidance!!!
I shopped at the Oshawa Center SoftMoc and the staff were very helpful and patient. I couldn't decide on what style of Birks to get so after trying on three different ones in two different sizes I left. I returned the following day and the staff that had been assisting me remembered me. He also remebered the sandals I tried on the day before and the sizes! He immediately went and got all three styles in those sizes and gave me time and space to try them all on again and make my decision - the large buckle black Madrids! I never felt pressured or rushed.
I needed a pair of leather boots for work. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful. He was quite attentive even though the store was busy. I appreciate that.
