this is a hit and miss outfit, if you come at the right time you can get in and out quickly, if you come at the wrong time you will notice they have no concept of customer service. I waited for 10 min in an empty store with many of their employees walking past me. I finally asked a long haired guy in an office if there was anyone to help customers he blew me off and said they were busy. I finally left and went to Brafasco to get my fasteners

Prices are reasonable and there are very few things they don't have.
Came in yesterday for suspension hardware. Says online you closed at 5, I struggled to make it there but got there at 4:30 and you were closed?...very unhappy and will not be going there again. Now they are closed all weekend and my car will sit with unfinished suspension because a business doesn't follow their proper hours of operation. Now I know where NOT to go for any of my project needs. Very unprofessional.
