The quantity was not good and the owner is very rude . She doesn't have any manner to talk with customer . I will never visit this store again in my life, Be carefull with owner. She even can't speak English and dont know what's manufacturer date and expire .
Never go back again . Always sells Expired food and not even do refund. Rude customer service and the lady staff I think she is the boss who even don't know how to speak English .
I had a really disappointing experience at this store. The shelf price for an item was clearly marked but when I got to the cashier I was charged double When I pointed it out I was told the price had changed in the system but not on the shelf because apparently “prices change daily” and they can’t update the shelf tags every time! That’s not acceptable As a customer, I should know the correct price before I pay, not after. When I calmly explained this, the staff became defensive and rude One even started insulting me in another language, and another dismissed my concern by saying I’m accusing them I was eventually refunded, but the whole situation felt unprofessional, frustrating, and frankly, dishonest Not a good example of fair or respectful customer service
Terrible customer service. The old man at the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. I simply asked a question about a product, and he responded with an attitude like I was wasting his time. No greeting, no patience, just pure rudeness. If you don’t want to help customers, why work in retail? Definitely won’t be coming back. Management needs to do better with hiring people who actually have basic manners.
They are selling expired products in store and when we asked the cashier for a refund he was behaving really rude and told us you should have checked first before buying and even denied for a refund.
Hmmm not a good experience at all! The Guy in Meat section has no idea what he is selling. The menu displays Goat Leg and Goat Shoulder as separate item, however they have mixed the pieces into one tray and no matter what you ask for they will give you from that same tray. Meat doesn’t look fresh and its like previously frozen meat. Further more I asked for 2 lbs and they gave 2.5 without my ask. Not a way of doing business and not ethical by forcefully weighing more to sell it. Not welcoming cashier. I asked them to weigh for 2 lb but they just ignored it and had to accept what they weight
