Bit of a smaller store. But they have everything you need. As long as it isn't a holiday the store isn't too busy. The produce always looks really fresh. And the prices can't be beat.
Very clean store. Definitely a lot cleaner than other stores who mostly cater to immigrants or people on a tight budget (like me).The staff were very friendly and willing to take time away from their tasks and actually take me to the location in the store rather than just saying "umm..I think it's in isle seven. (period)" when I asked where a certain item was. I asked on three different occasions during this visit. The first two were straight forward, but for the last request the employee had to ask another, who in turn had to ask a third. Then the four of us took a walk to see which one had the correct location. I was impressed by the attention given. It certainly wasn't due to my fantastic (NOT) looks. As for cost comparisons, No-Frills won 8 out of 11 items on my list when compared to three of their competitors. You needed a Loonie deposit for the shopping cart (or a token which they sell that can be used in lieu of the Loonie). Payment can be done by Cash, Debit or Mastercard but NOT Visa. I shop here all the time this is one of the most convince stores in the area with great produce always fresh and fantastic sales on almost everything. the staff is nice and friendly definitely will be spending a lot of my time shopping here ...
Quite busy at times. Slow to get through express. Nice to see more people are bringing their own bags. Good store.
The best No Frills in Durham Region. The owner is extremely generous with the reduced produce. The produce is great and there is a lot of selection available. You are the best!!
