I went into Melanie Lyne approx. 2 weeks ago in the morning, looking for a dress for a wedding. I walked through the store and had one associate acknowledge me, although she gave me a look over from head to toe. I was wearing my tiling clothes. I walked past 3 other associates who were more concerned about how many dresses they were going to sell. Needlesstosay, I left and had a much better experience at Laura. Thank you!
Giving it a 4 because my first visit to this location I wasn't spojen to by any employees as they were all chatting with one visitor. 2nd visit one associate assisted me and when the item I selected didn't suit me she didn't offer to give suggestions about ither items. So I asked another associate and purchased quite a few items. All the associates at that location should assist customers properly.
