It's been awhile since I've been in. I wasn't impressed with the previous manager and lack of customer service. However I went in today and the 2 ladies on staff are absolutely fabulous and professional. Both were very helpful and made my shopping experience worth it. Purchased some amazing wide leg jeans and other items. Store is well organized and stocked.
Variety of sizes is what I like. Whether you're plus size or tiny, they have the same clothes that look attractive on everyone. Price points are pretty good
Terrible customer service, I just went into this store, and there were 3 staff to 1 of me, I asked for help, and 1 of the workers pointed me to a section, but didn't come and help. Way different then last Christmas when the worker actually did her job and helped me. No wonder they are closing all the store.
Just came from store at Harmony Rd and Taunton in Oshawa. Their web site says they updated it 4 weeks ago and that they open at 9 a.m. It's 9:15 and locked. They don't open until 10 a.m. They need to update their website AGAIN but get the right time. I would suggest NOT using the same person who did the previous update.

Yes great choices great up-to-date fashion, material is durable and lasting. My fav is the "Essentials" collection :)) not to mention always great sales
My girlfriend went to this location to do a return, she was informed She’d have to go to the Ajax store where She originally bought the item for them to be able to return it due to her not having the receipt. When She arrived at Ajax location She was informed that Oshawa could have done the return they just didn’t want to take the hit on the return.. waste of gas and time.
