Mobile shop ladies near Oshawa mall are so kind and supportive, they understood my needs and gave us follow up calls when there are available options (never happen to other suppliers). I cannot buy the expected phone w/o their help. Do appreciate! :)
Ismail was very calm and reaffirming throughout the entire process of me getting my new phone. My husband went to him not long prior to also get a new phone, so it made sense to go back to him when I needed a new one. I wasn't extremely excited about the process, but I trusted that Ismail would give me the best deal, and I was correct. I didn't leave feeling like I made a mistake, regardless of the circumstances that had me go there to get a new phone. To top it all off, I was just contacted and informed that I can still benefit from further deals that have just been offered because I am still in the window of newly purchased to benefit. I was at the Mobil Shop (Oshawa, Gibb location) and I experienced top notch customer service from both Raheel and Ismail who was very patient, knowledgeable and help me to choose the right option to my unique circumstance… I highly recommend this shop.
They are so unprepared and understaffed you'd ask yourself how they even stay afloat. It's not like they weren't given advance notice of upcoming sales and pricing to maybe add a staff member or two.
I am very satisfied with the help with my phone. I lock myself out and those guys help me with a smile and patience and dedication. Thank you to Ismail and Harry for there help. I recommend all of you if you need help to visit the mobile shop on Gibb.
Absolutely horrible, if your brown and ever wanna be judged, treated with utmost attitude and suspicion due to lack of their own knowledge, I'd definitely recommend taking a stroll here. For the record I went here with the same query that I did at the harmony location but was having second thoughts and decided to come here and they(white representative appeared to be mid 20s and female) denied to assist me and still managed to waste good half hour of my time.
