I’m literally gonna give us a place a five star review as they actually help people and they’re not there to rip you off. I went to a different store and then they told me to go back there. They didn’t want to steal their business so I went back and they treated me good 2 1/2 months later I went back and wanted to buy a screen protector. He gave it to me at no charge to 16 E phone so I totally understand why but it was just right place right time Black Friday. He totally could’ve charged me for it. I do plan on going back there again. I hope I can buy another phone one day.

@ Raghav Sharma: After reading your review I must say that I am completely surprised by it and appalled by your view! I have been going to this particular T-Booth for years and have never had a problem in any way shape or form. Staff have always been exceptional, considerate and very forthwright, and I have always received the full attention of those that helped me. Deals and suggestions have been made and are clearly laid out before me including all numbers and expectations. The contract was printed out and the staff always goes through it carefully with me to make sure I understand what I’m getting. Sounds to me like you decided that you wanted more for nothing or that you changed your mind or you didn’t understand in the first place and didn’t want to look foolish so negelected to ask questions. The “blatant dishonesty” appears to have come from you and clearly you’d prefer to make it someone else’s issue rather than own it. Shame on you! As a newcomer to Canada ( as you stated) you clearly have very eloquent writing skills and understanding and therefore should have understood the written contract that you initialed/signed, again… on you. Not someone else’s problem. If you walked away feeling disappointed it is more like due to your inability to manipulate the staff into changing what you had already agreed to. Perhaps you should step up and be more considerate of others and you might just receive the same back.
Spencer was very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn’t have figured how to set my phone up without him. I tried on my own and wasn’t successful but with Spencer’s knowledge, it was a piece of cake!
Recently conducted an upgrade to a plan and device. From the moment we entered the store, Sam was very courteous professional and very knowledgeable. He made the entire upgrade experience flawless. This was our third time dealing with TBooth at the Oshawa Centre and we are more than pleased with the results. My husband and I are seniors and not very tech savvy. The patience and kindness shown by Aamir Samani was truly appreciated. He is very professional and knowledgeable. It took some time, but, once again, we were in good hands. Great customer service!
