The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helped my wife pick the best phone and plan for her. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs anything related to mobile phones and plans.
Went to Great Canadian Superstore at Harmony & Taunton in Oshawa and switched 2 mobile phones from Bell to Roger’s because Bell has no service where we live and Roger’s has put up 2 5G towers in our area. This saved us a bunch every month and now I get service at home. The staff were very busy but took care of me quickly and were very helpful. Thanks so much for all your help!!

Absolute clowns Went it to get a new phone hooked up Sat around for 15 minutes while 1 of the salesman just sat on his phone and did nothing The other one proceeded to bug a lady who just wanted to leave trying to force her into sales Will not be back and i will be going all over social media to let everyone no what a bunch of clowns you giys are Give your heads a shake
