Went in to get screen protectors for 2 phones and I went in. Mohammad treated me so well and friendly. He was very nice and did the work really fast. The quality on the screen protecter is very nice. Would recommend!!!
Amazing customer service! I needed an Otterbox case for my iPhone 16 Pro and the gentleman from AM Cellular Links personally delivered it so I could buy it directly from them. I went to AM Cellular Links to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max screen fixed. I must say, they are very good with what they do. They even told me about the different options of screens and their pros and cons. The customer service was top notch, the repair was done in a timely manner and the after sales support was even better. They take pride in the work they do. You guys have my business for life.
I went to their store about 6months ago because my iPhone 15 needed a new screen. They suggested going cheap to keep costs down and said the screen would be comparable to the OEM screen. I agreed and paid cash for the work. My first mistake. From then until now that screen cracked in a few spots with no obvious reasons present. No bad drops or anything. Because I paid cash I didn’t bother taking it back. I didn’t feel like arguing with them. Not my real issue now anyway. Fast forward to last week. Phone got dropped in water - took it out and dried it out by standing upright first then sealed with silica gel packs. Waited 5 days to turn on - more then enough time to now work Tried to turn it on and it didn’t work. Took it to infrared repair in Port Perry (wish I went their for the screen repair!) to see if it could be fixed. They told me whoever replaced the screen broke the water seal by opening it from the back which was absolutely unnecessary! Because of this company’s work my phone lost its water resistance, and now I need a new phone. Infrared told me if they didn’t do the work how they did my phone would have been fine regardless of the cracks on the front! Don’t go here! They will ruin your phone!
I had a great experience at AM Cellular links as they squeezed me in for a phone repair 30 mins before the store closed, after I had a bad experience at another phone repair shop. They replaced my iPhone 15 pro max screen within 20 mins. The man working behind the counter was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They also have a big selection of phone cases & screen protectors at a good price. I highly recommend using this shop for phone repairs!
Been coming to this small cellphone repair place for years, and I hope it sticks around for many more. The man behind the counter is polite and mild-mannered—a rare breed around here—and he’s almost always able to help me with any issue.
First of all although this was one year ago it still makes me angry, I went to get my charging port fixed and they fixed it but at the cost of my microphone not working when it was working 100% before the repair. Went back 10x and they still couldn’t fix it, didn’t get no refund and now I still have to deal with no mic unless I use headphones. DO NOT GO HERE. Regarding the customer it was under my moms name Karen smith so idk what you’re talking about fake reviews cause I can literally post a video before and after I came to your shop and show the difference. I CAME BACK MULTIPLE TIMES AND YOU GUYS STILL COULDNT FIX IT
