In the winter that just passed, I was 8 months pregnant on my way to a doctors appointment. It was freezing outside. My car died at the pump while getting gas and I tried to boost it, but the woman working yelled very rudely at me that I cannot boost my car at the pump. I asked her what can I do? I’m stuck here and I’m cold. She told me to wait while she called the manager. I waited 30 minutes CRYING and she never updated me or offered to help me. I asked her what did the manager say and she said “you have to get a tow truck to push you away from the pump”. My phone was dead. She did not offer any help at all and kept ignoring me saying there’s nothing she can do. A group of about 7 men showed up, boosted my car, reminded the woman it’s freezing and I’m 8 months pregnant and i happily left. Thank you to those strangers that helped me that day, it was a very Canadian thing to do. ❤️ Not sure why the employee couldn’t help me or care at all about a human being in trouble, it’s extremely upsetting.
Had a wonderful experience. The gas station was clean, well- maintained and easy to navigate. I really liked the professionalism and friendly attitude of Shaheem, very helpful guy.
The customer attendant was really great, the offers were amazing. The cashier named Shaheem really helped me while purchasing things, a very professional guy. The gas station is also neat and clean.
Always just a few cents more than shell on Stevenson and Bond Oshawa. If you're on the way to the 401take Stevenson Shell, if you're just shopping in the neighborhood this Shell is still quite fantastic, air pump, fluids, just not as big of a selection. They always have great people working there, kind and professional.
I have found that the gas prices here are usually a lot higher that the stations nearby so I always drive by and buy gas at the Thickson and Taunton location. That said, the staff have always been friendly. The gas station itself is a little older looking and could use a refresh.
