There is a guy Janmon working here. He is literally not good. He is arrogant and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. He should be friendly and have skill to deal with customers.
I recently had interaction with the hardworking gentleman with a turban at the gas station, who work in night and I must say, his dedication to providing excellent service stood out. His efficiency, friendliness, and attention to detail made my visit seamless. It's refreshing to encounter someone so committed to their work, and I appreciate the positive energy he brings to the gas station. Kudos to him for making every customer feel valued and well taken care of!
Very bad service. The young man who works the midnight shift is very rude. This is not the first time with this person, but it will be the last in this place. This young man should change his way of dealing with people. He treats you as if he is the Minister of Oil in Canada and not a worker at a very terrible station.
Although, I avoid giving less ratings and my experience has always been decent with this place, today I was very disappointed. I am a regular customer as my work site is in Oshawa but I won’t be visiting here again after today’s experience. I lost my Airpods at the gas station and as I live far, I asked the boy working there today(July 9) for help as I could guide him the to the exact spot to look for and not search the entire place at his convenience(when it isn’t busy) .Having worked at restaurant I know how busy it could be, all i was looking for decent efforts or a polite answer like; ”Sorry, I tried my best but couldn’t find it” instead of, “You can look for yourself, I am busy” and cutting the call abruptly.
Kid tryed to rip me off this morning 50 dallers for gas my boss payed with card and he lied to me right to my face said it wasent payed for by card so i gave him cash then i went to get it back before i left he said no again it wasent payed by card but i did get it back eventaully once he knew the gig was up he thought he was 50 dallers richer be carfull people sunday oct 10th at 7 30 am then i got 2chocolaté bars for 3 dallers he tryed chargeing me 4 50. Then 3 40 i said ok that sounds better it not the gas stations fault the gas stationn is good its the theif working there
Very very poor. During this time( corona) i really dont want to go inside the store. Therefore, paid outside for my gas and no receipt. The low class personality employee ask me to come in side to collect my receipt. When i asked him why it doesnt printing receipt he says its broken. When i said why dont you guys put signs of printer broken. This dam lowclass employee start swearing. ?. I will get my best to get Huskys head office number to complain. I wont give up. But this kinda behaviour not not not acceptable. I would give 000 star if there was an option.
Bought a 75 dollar PlayStation card that wasn't activated iv been back 3 times to activate it and they say there's nothing they can do. Iv contacted PlayStation and they've told me it's not activated and the retailer has to do it. Now I'm contacting there corporate office and filing a complaint. If I could give a 0 star I would
