This store has double charged me. I’m speaking with Walmart credit and they tell me it’s up to me to co front the store owner about this scam. Shell, does this seem right to you
Most rude and bad customer service skill and she try to do some intention to delay my process and no greeting.i use to see shell very good serving customers and now most of them mysterry shopper definitely fail.should watch and they play loud music as well.
Don't buy Premium (91) gas here. I'm about 90 % sure they are selling 87 as 91, water has leaked into the holding tank, or the fuel is expired. When you prepay, they ask which octane you are buying, but then you select your octane at the pump. So its redundant to ask. They are likely scamming people. I don't recommend this station at all. Only buy gas here as a last resort. Something is very fishy here. Update: I glad someone else noticed they are cheating people. Shell of course denied everything, because why would you admit to your own illegal activities? Don't bother contacting customer service, they don't care.
So, last week, I went to get my propane refilled around 8:45 PM, and this guy (new guy i guess) like btwn 35s and 40s, totally refused to fill it. He told me, "we didn't have enough propane and to go to Esso." I've been going there for years, and I always support local businesses. I know Costco's cheaper, but whatever. Anyway, I ended up getting it filled up north oshawa around 9:30 PM. Seriously, that kind of custumer service is just not cool, and it's gonna affect their business.
The price of gas is usually cheaper than the one across the road, the wait for a pump was non existent but it also depends on time of day and when you go. Wait inside the store was minimal and lots of selection of goods and it is bright (not as dim as some I have been to)
This station is usually busy,so a lot of traffic coming and going,but for me ideal place to fill up and the price is usually always one of the best for the Shell VPower!
This station is on a odd shaped lot, the entrances and exits are in bad spots to get in and out of unless your really lucky. Very small amount of space for vehicles getting gas, a real struggle and time consuming. I avoid it at all costs... Sorry Shell
