I am disappointed with the service I received today. The front desk staff member was rude, used inappropriate language toward customers, and showed unprofessional behavior. This creates a hostile environment and reflects very poorly on the business. Experiences like this discourage customers from returning, and I hope management takes action to maintain professional service standards.
The gas station is good, and I’m satisfied with the experience. The gas price listed on google map is not the actual price: it is actually 1.329cad/ liter instead of 1.17cad/liter.
Terrible experience with the cashier boy. When I told him about the air infiltration leakage issue, he was extremely rude and dismissive. His language and attitude were very unprofessional. Very bad service!
So there was a girl walking there and she was being pretty racist towards me. I think she was being racist towards me because I'm black and she was kind of like judging me she was like looks staring at me. The whole time was buying alcohol like I was about to the store or something like that so it's very weird. I don't feel comfortable with being there. She will call me out that you can do that. I've been coming for the store for the past three days and there was a guy working and he never said anything but the girl she was specifically targeting me
Stopped in Nov 23, and forgot an item on the counter. By the time the worker caught up with me I was probably 75 yards away from the store. This guy is a legend. A king among men. Thankful for the devotion to customer service but more so for the sheer humanity of his service and effort. Thank you, sir.
Terrible customer service, vacuums do not work at this station and the attendant will not provide any support. They will direct you to call customer service as it’s not their problem - even though is it a service they provide on their property.
Unable to pay for gas after filling you must pay before. This is extremely poor customer service especially for seniors who don't have cards or don't know how to use pay at pump. Inside staff are not helpful.
