It’s a gas station if your looking for more then a 2 you need to expect much more out of your life. I’ve never had more than a 2 experience at any gas station. Def fluid was over priced
Got some gas in my limousine here and tried for the first time, the glide car wash. I like it better than the other car washes that I usually do. I will be back!
This company like to sell $100 Dollar gift card with no money on them n don't want to give it back highway robbery ridiculous never buy a gift card from these money grabbing crooks
I visited to petro canada at harmony and Taunton road for car wash on Oct 25, 2024. The car wash doesn't works properly and then i showed the stains on my vehicle and he agreed and provide me one rewash, when I visited on Nov 01, 2024 to used this pass then they won't accept it. Very bad customer service experienced at this location.
Pathetic service couple of times I have seen a middle aged woman just ignore you and leave and talks on cellphone. Don’t come inside to pay for gas or you don’t have time in morning.
Worst customer service ever. I was there1 and paid at the pump for convience of recieving my receipt outsdie as I had my baby in the car and for the second time the receipt didnt come. So I called and the cx rep Nilay came and told me bc I tried two times it has to be reset for the receipt to come from the pump. I already called n spoke with him as my card didnt work the first time. My wuestion to him was if you knew my receipt wuldnt come the second time of trying why didnt he mention to me. He said thats because he is the only one there. Wow what a service
This review is not so much for the station itself but for Petro-Canada as a whole. Petro-Canada ought to be ashamed of itself for how bad the app is. Most of the time the app does not work as it does not load properly or it crashes. I share a season pass with my colleagues and often times I don’t even get to wash my car because of this stupid app. This is a frustrating experience. Today I came to this location to wash my car via the app. And again the app was down. The clerk inside explained that I have to call petro canada and they will make things right. To me petro Canada should be automatically make things right whenever their dumb app doesn’t work. We should have to call in and ask for it. They are wasting our time. My advice to the employees and clerks is to pressure the upper chain of commands so the Petro-Canada app becomes reliable and working all the time. I’m sure the employees and clerks have to deal with unhappy customers. They should not have to deal with them. It is not their fault. It is the fault of the people who made and maintain the app . I’m sure many people like myself wasted time and gas travelling to a petro canada car wash only to find out the app doesn’t work. This is infuriating and unacceptable.
