All machines are broken they refuse to fix. Do not buy gas here. Update: They are now attacking and slandering our business making fake 1 star reviews about my company. Will be following up with legal action.
Cashier doesn't even try to look like she's listening. Watching her show and enters $20 instead of $30 I asked for. If they want to lose money then fine by me.
Rude service. Will call you a crook just for walking in. Worth paying a little bit more to fill up elsewhere. Such disrespect. I will never return until new management takes over.
MUST PAY INSIDE if using tap. There is no sign on the pump, but there TAP is turned off. You have to go inside and prepay. I always pre pay anyway so thats not the issue. The issue is being forced to go inside to prepay. I don't like going inside and waiting in lines gives. Going inside when its dark gives me the creeps. Will not be returning unless prepay at pump using tap is tyrned back on. I prefer to prepay at the pump using tap.
They need to replace the rubber around nuzzle and the stopper sensor in handle. Every time I go here it has a little gas splash out and drip down body of my truck. It should click off like most gas places every time I have to wipe off my truck. Never had issues at Costco or other ultramar.
I needed gas and this was close by at the time, there have been station I regularly go to, now I can say I love going there because of it being a regular and you become gas bar buddies ☺️. Ultramar could be one of those gas stations as well if I lived in that area. They were friendly, always a smile for you and everything was very clean, inside and out.
4 stars for now; Alright customer service, I called in and they were able to provide me the price of items I wanted to purchase, so I would know if I would have enough before going. Unfortunately they dont provide this service all the time. I think it would be great if they do so it saves everyone from walking there. Instead of wasting their time and the store clerks. Whoever is working tomorrow will definitely receive a tip for the customer service provided. Thank you!
