Ive been going here since it opened. I love that its women only. The staff are friendly and its clean and well maintained. Many classes to choose from as well as machines and other equipment. Id give it 5 stars but no wifi.
Memberships are a bit expensive but the facilities are very well kept and the staff is very welcoming
Great staff, very friendly and always smiling. I bring my toddler to their daycare and she loves the staff and the other children. Its nice because you can go in, do your workout and leave. I was originally worried about being pressured in to buying products but I am relieved that I am not constantly reminded of their sales or offers. Can't beat the price either, under $50/month for my membership and daycare for my daughter.
Don't Recommend Auto Debit or Auto Credit PaymentsWhen they do not handle cancellations properly, you will be at the mercy of this mishandling of a membership cancellation when the company continues to take payments after you cancelled.I have called them twice to bring it to their attention that my membership was cancelled some time ago and the company was still taking payments and accused me of not cancelling when it was was actually them that did not process the cancellation properly which resulted in the payments. When it comes to this company taking money, they do not offer any apologies for the mistake or any compensation or refund.At this time, I cannot recommend this company due to this poor customer and payment experience.
Staffs nice. Place is always clean and well maintained. They have a sauna, massage chairs and a separate studio for various classes. The membership is pricey but if you use the gym on regular then its definitely worth your money.
