I love Orange theory. I have been in the fitness world for about 4 yrs now. I have tried every type of workout there is. The hi interval training is an amazing way to achieve success in your fitness goals. The coaches are amazing, they keep pushing you to do your best! I would highly recommend Orange theory to anyone!

Fantastic staff at Orange Theory Oshawa - both at the front desk and the coaches. Since day 1, the staff has all called me by name. I have traveled to other Orange Theory locations since joining, and I can truly attest that the staff is top notch, correcting form when required and ensuring the workouts are done safely, and motivating everyone to push themselves to a high intensity. The facilities are clean, and the sound system is excellent (noticeably better than some other locations). Great workout every time, with noticeable results since I have joined (both on the scale and how I feel).
