Other than a young lady I haven't seen for some time (a slender girl with short brown hair) the girls here are all really rude and there always seem to be too many of them for the size of the shop. It feels like they are always hovering over you!
I got my 2nd holes pierced here this week. Had an amazing experience, Nasima and her team were so helpful! Highly recommend getting your ears pierced here, made me feel safe and confident! Thank you ladies!!
Absolutely lovely lady named Simran helped my sister and I out. She saw that we had botched helix piercings and was able to give us piercings that not only have helped our piercings heal better but they also look very nice! She was super professional and I cannot understate the time and care she took out of her day to really help two customers who needed it! Her manager was also very sweet and understanding as well! Love it here!
I've always liked this store and their staff, they have some gorgeous peices at really affordable prices. So I was really disappointed when one of the managers was super rude to one customer who was talking to another about piercings and simply said it was better to have it done with a needle vs a gun and gave a reccomendation. She didn't make a big deal out of it or shout it or talk about how awful this store was and how no one should ever get pierced there. Just a quiet reccomendation when the manager kinda popped out of no where and was very rude to her in her tone and choice of words. There was definitely a better way to approach it, especially considering the piercings are only one very small portion of their business. It definitely threw the vibe off for me and I left without making a purchase. I will likely return before long simply due to the wide selection of choices and occasions they cover and the majority of the sales girls are very sweet, helpful and pleasure to deal with which is why I added one start back onto my review.
