I have a double room, quite great, apartment standard. The front desk provide any information I need, they work just fine. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because they don't have the bidet shower in the bathroom which pretty annoying to me.

Lived for a pretty long time.. Awesome place and Staffs are Absolutely amazing.. Loved my Stay. Too many good memories.. Thanks to this Residence..
I don't have an issue "signing in" to a residence building but taking our ID's from us until we left is completely unreasonable and should be reported
If you need anything done or changed you have to remind the staff there multiple times. My roommate never got the mail key he paid for in 8 months is just one of many examples
