It is located right downtown in Oshawa which means you are close to the mall and a lot of other things, but that also means you will see some interesting characters at night. The rooms are nice and clean however the picture on the TV is really fuzzy, I'm assuming it's because they don't use an HDMI connection. The service is very good they are accomodating and very friendly. The pool was warm and relaxing.
Comfortable, convenient, clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size, air conditioning worked well, wifi decent speed. Breakfast in the lobby good, well stocked. Coffee was a bit weak but that's a personal preference. I would recommend.
I have had such a great experience at this hotel the ladies at the front desk were very helpful in getting me in day of and with moving dates around thanks again Susan. Breakfast was perfect start to my days with a large variety of fresh foods. Rooms are clean, well kept and quit specious. Thanks again for the best experience I've had with hotels to date.
Place was convenient. Extremely large suite, perfect for a large family or group. Hotel was very clean and convenient underground parking. Close to many restaurants. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was above average.
I visited Oshawa for work, so I didn't have much opportunity to enjoy the amenities. However, there were a couple issues I had at check-in (my reservation got put under my partner's name by mistake), which Giulia was incredibly efficient in taking care of. She was unbelievably helpful and friendly all the while. Rooms are clean and reasonably updated and comfortable, breakfast is standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast, which is predictable but sufficient. Parking in the underground, secured garage is also convenient (and included in at least the corporate rate I got to use). But customer service on this stay was above and beyond.
