People were very friendly and accommodating. The room very nice and clean and bed super comfy. The lobby is lacking.
Older hotel. Hallway carpet needs refurbishing. Small, but clean rooms. Needs more parking. Exercise room has only treadmill and bike. But staff were wonderfully helpful!! Staff made experience much better.
I stayed here for almost a week and its an ok experience. Price is between the lowest in this Area. Parking is the only thing that bothered me as space is very limited and during weekends you wont find any spot to park your car so you have to look for a public parking which is very difficult in that as it is downtown and probability of getting fined is very high. Breakfast was good but the timing is not too long so you must wake up very early or you will end up eating cornflakes. Housekeeping was very good. I would definitely come back.
The walls are paper thin here. I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridal party, and the noisy people next door kept us up all night. Management did not take care of it. With the issues we had, those people should have been kicked out. Management kept leaving it, and I would call down 3 times before they actually did anything. Even then, all they did was ask them to quiet down once. Once was not enough. Do not recommend this place
Convenient location. A bit run down. The room was tiny. There was no hot water in the shower. Customer service was excellent.
