Stay away!! they can't give you a straight answer, they mess with my daughter's car and did not do what I asked them to, took my vehicle to another mechanic and had way better success. They actually did what I asked

Went there for my alignment, and these guys went beyond their job to make my car safe. I was really satisfied of their work and customer service. Will definitely recommend for any mechanic work.

I urgently needed my brakes changed the shop owner was kind enough to let me come in on a short notice. The mechanic was very polite and honest. He told me only the front pads and caliphers needed to be changed and the rear pads and caliphers were in decent condition. I waited a few hours as they ordered the parts, parts arrived, brakes changed and job done. The price was 20% lower than what was quoted at another shop. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

I took my car for new transmission lines, 15 days later, I need a new transmission Honestly, my last experience was the one that finally made me change mechanics. I've been coming to Aim Auto for 7 years, dads car, mums car, and then my car(s). There were long wait times (days), and questionable service, but he was cheap and got the job done, but this last job is what made me DONE with him In early Feb, I had brought my car in for a repair, simple transmission line change that I had my car TOWED there for. Problem 1. Car got stuck in the snow because he didn't have a hitch to pull cars out and relied on pushing cars in. The owner told me he would take care of it and have my car towed in by his connection. Problem 2. I wait 10 DAYS. He is still saying he needs a tow truck to come in. So i went in and found out he towed other cars in but didn't touch mine. I'm frustrated, I use my last CAA tow and haul it to another shop. I haven't driven the car since the tow truck dropped it to Aim Autos lot The other shop fixes it within 2 days. I got a call from them, and the first question they asked me is. How long did u drive it without transmission oil? There is something wrong with ur transmission it seems like it was driven while there was no oil Further tests find that I need a new TRANSMISSION. I waited 15 days, spent 2 CAA tows, and then found out Aim Auto ruined my tranmission, and I now don't have a driveable car Don't come here, you get what u paid for Edit: The owner replied to the post but didn't clarify what happened to the car. Obv he will deny it but ik I brought my car in with a good transmission, and 10 days later, it needs a new transmission. In case anyone was wondering, the moment I felt something off with the car, I pulled over and immediately turned off the car and had it towed. Only people who had access to the car were the owner and his employees. I found cigarettes ash all over my front passenger seat and around shift knob and my car back tires were in a trench in the snow, which showed clear signs that the car was turned on and given some acceleration. Im not here to argue or make baseless accusations. I wouldn't even have posted this if I didn't strongly believe I was wronged. This is the experience I have. Anyone reading this is free to make their own choices. Like I said, he is cheap and gets the job done, but there is a chance something like this may happen to you. You get what u paid for

These guys have the best priced safety inspections in the GTA. You can call around, some people want anywhere from $130 - $300 tax in, these guys were under $100. They are friendly, professional, and I highly recommend this auto shop over any other.

I came in after abusing my car and Aim was accommodating and so helpful. They had my vehicle up and running the next day. Customer service was great, and the price was even better. 100% recommend their services!

STAY AWAY if having car A/C work done !!! All they do is keep replacing parts hoping they fix problem. They don’t even have proper machine to drain and refill system. They buy cans and throw in sealant and one can of refrigerant. They had to borrow my low side recharge hose as there’s didn’t fit. They don’t even have gauges to check low and high side pressure. I spent over a $1000 on my car and around $1300 on wife’s car replacing compressors and expansion valves and still both lost all their coolant. On my wife’s car, they used the old seals when replacing expansion valve and when I took back to say not cold anymore, the mechanic said $300 to replace seals which included another $100 for 2 cans of sealant. You will thank me, trust me. Take it too a place that actually puts dye in the system to find leak, not like Aim who just guess and keep replacing parts

Very disappointing comment from the brother who has been coming to my shop for last 7 years, I just wanted to know how did we ruin the transmission, if we didn’t move the car, you parked the car urself in my lot and you picked up the car from someplace after cleaning the snow for 2 hours.
