In my opinion, Rob and his team are the best in car repair and maintenance services in Oshawa. We have had all makes and models of cars serviced here: BMW, Lexus, and GMC. They are extremely professional and very trustworthy.

Customer Review – NAPA AutoPro (In Tune Auto) Our experience with NAPA AutoPro (In Tune) has been deeply disappointing and has raises concerns about both their business practices and customer service. We initially brought our BMW in after speaking directly with someone at the shop about a specific issue with the front passenger seat restraint as our regular mechanic was fully booked for several weeks and we wanted fo address the issue in a timely manner. We clearly stated that the issue had already been professionally diagnosed and that we were seeking a cost-effective repair solution—not another diagnosis. We were assured there was a possible workaround and that someone affiliated with the shop could help address the problem for a fraction of the cost of full sensor replacement. Based on this assurance, we left the car for the day expecting a solution. Instead, we returned to find the issue untouched and were handed and paid a nearly $300 invoice for a diagnostic charge we neither needed nor requested. This felt like a clear case of taking advantage of a customer’s trust and, in our view, was a bad faith practice. Despite our frustration, we decided to give them another chance more than a year later. I called and spoke directly with Vanessa, voiced our dissatisfaction with the prior visit, and explained that we were willing to return for a different issue if the matter could be handled appropriately this time around. Vanessa glossed over our concerns and advised that she would follow-up to provide us with a quote for the new issue. That was many, many, many months ago and we have yet to receive a response. Needless to say, we took our car elsewhere and had it properly repaired to the tune of appropriately $1,500.00. A repair fee that could have gone to In Tune had they responded to our inquiry as requested. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement as there's nothing worse than feeling like you paid for something you didn't need. They were quick to bill us for something we never asked for, but unwilling to respond to a long-standing concern or even return a call. This isn’t just poor customer service, it’s a fundamental lack of client care, professionalism and accountability. My husband and I unfortunately can not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest communication, fair treatment, or follow-through. We expected integrity and instead were met with indifference.

Had my 20 yr old duramax giving me electrical issues, gauges not all working, some accessories not working. Took it in and they had found a wire corroded midway down the wire under the fuse box. They fixed it up, and everything works great again. They did forget to plug in one connector for the 4wd system, but I found it within 15 mins of looking so not a big deal. Staff were friendly and nice, explained the issue to me, and worked within my budget. All in all a good experience and I will be back if I ever have another issue I can’t fix myself. Would recommend to anyone looking for a shop in Durham region.

Rob and the team at In Tune Auto are attentive and excellent. They are honest and fully trustworthy. What a relief to know that the advice you’re being given is the right advice and that you are in great hands.

Took car there countless times to diagnose an issue. Even asked then to look at the arm everytime. They kept telling me they can't find anything wrong. They never checked the arm. The bushing is gone and compared to two at the you pull lot I diagnosed it myself and had a mechanic that knew what he was doing change it out. 8 month issue now fixed. Won't go back to in-tune in the future. Only gave 1 star because of the eye candy at the desk

I’ve been going to intune auto for all my automotive needs for over two years now and I will not go anywhere else. I cannot rave about this place enough. This shop has great honest service that cannot be beat. They deserve every five star they get.

These guys are great! Fixed a technical issue I was sure would have to be done at the dealer for half the price and 3 months sooner (dealer parts backordered to Dec.).
