Amazing experience!! Someone hit my car while I was parked and I was full of anxiety. From the moment I got there the lovely front desk woman made me feel so much better. She went above and beyond. They temporarily put my car back together so that I could drive it until the parts arrived. Once they arrived I brought my car in on a Wednesday (someone drove me to work after the drop off) and it was ready by Friday. My car looks perfect again and at such a fair price. I would recommend them to everybody!
I recently had my BMW’s front fender painted at Oshawa Collision Centre after it was damaged by their sister workshop in Markham during earlier repairs. I truly appreciate the promptness and ease of dealing with Jay, who manages the Oshawa workshop. He is extremely professional, courteous, and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are taken care of. Worst repair job on my passenger door. The over spray and drooping paint is carelessness, especially after they had my car for a week and a half. Not only did they do a crap job, they also charged me for the deductible on the front end work that was not supposed to be charged because I was not at fault. When I went in for the refund they did not give me a refund, they charged me again. This really shows how incompetent this business is. If this is the kind of work they do then I don’t recommend this company. I am an actual customer experiencing their lack of work that they can’t even issue a proper refund. I’m going in Tomorrow and since they charged me twice , I better get my money back and I will have an update.
Went here last week after a small “bump” on the road with another driver. After asking for a quote, they immediately took a look at it, determined it wasn’t a big deal and used some heat and pressure to get the plastic on the bumper back in shape. They didn’t even want money for it - great experience. Highly recommended.
Brought my truck to have a rusted out body around the rear wheel well repaired. Now it looks great and the colour is matched to the original colour. Job done as promised and they also cleaned the inside. This was the second time I’ve brought my truck and was satisfied with the job.
Got my vehicle serviced with Jadoo. The job was professionally completed. Excellent service and good customer experience. Very cost effective as well. Definitely recommend.
This place gave me a quote and called me a week later asking for more money and on top of that they removed a part from the vehicle that didn't need to be removed. I feel like they took complete advantage of me being a clueless female. 0/10 would not recommend
